Virtual attendance that mirrors the in-room energy
By Jonah Miles
Hybrid events fail when virtual guests become spectators. We design short bursts of interaction—typed prompts, breakout swaps, and facilitator shout-outs—to keep remote voices in the thread.
Audio checks happen before content, not after frustration mounts. We also publish a concise tech checklist so IT teams know exactly which ports and headsets reduce echo.
For deeper labs, we ship printable workbooks and Miro boards with pre-placed stickies so remote attendees can contribute without fighting permissions.
None of this replaces being in the room, but it respects the time people spend on the line from Busan or Singapore. The goal is parity of signal, not parity of coffee breaks.
