1. User obligations

You agree to provide accurate information when booking briefings or downloading resources. You will not misuse the site to distribute malware, scrape content in violation of robots rules, or impersonate StackCurrent One personnel. Enterprise users must ensure attendees comply with confidentiality expectations communicated before sessions.

2. Termination

We may suspend access for violations of these terms or abusive behavior toward staff. You may stop using the site at any time. Provisions that reasonably should survive—such as liability limits and intellectual property—remain in force after termination.

3. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Seoul have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections assign a different venue for individuals domiciled in Korea.

4. Intellectual property

Site content, templates, and deliverables are owned by StackCurrent One or licensors. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for internal business purposes unless a statement of work grants broader rights. Trademarks may not be used to imply endorsement without written permission.

5. Liability

The site and briefings are provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. We limit indirect damages except where statute prohibits such limitations. Direct damages are capped at the fees paid for the specific briefing giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.

6. Service description

StackCurrent One provides consulting-style briefings about CRM and marketing automation integration planning. Deliverables are advisory and do not constitute legal, tax, or accounting advice. Implementation work, if any, is scoped separately.

7. Acceptance

By using the site or purchasing services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use. For enterprise orders, executed agreements control where they conflict with these general terms.

8. Changes

We may revise these terms periodically. The last updated date reflects the newest version. Significant changes to paid services will be communicated through email where we have contact details on file.
