Refund & Cancellation

Last updated 2026-05-01

1. Exceptions

Some bespoke briefings that include third-party venue deposits or printed materials may carry non-refundable components. When applicable, those components are listed separately in your statement of work. If government travel restrictions block delivery, we reschedule rather than automatically refunding hard costs already committed.

2. Timeframe

Clients may cancel without penalty up to fourteen days after paying tuition for a standard briefing package, provided work has not materially started. After material delivery—such as completed discovery readouts—refunds are evaluated case by case. Refunds, when approved, are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method where technically possible.

3. Process

Email welcome@brain-base.one with your booking reference, reason for cancellation, and preferred resolution. We confirm receipt within two business days. Partial refunds may be offered as credits toward future briefings if that resolves timing conflicts faster than a cash transfer.

4. Eligibility

Eligibility depends on the package purchased and work completed. Introductory discovery calls and downloadable templates delivered electronically are generally non-refundable once accessed. Group events with per-seat pricing may refund unused seats if cancellation occurs before the roster lock date published in the agenda.

5. Contact

For refund status inquiries, contact welcome@brain-base.one with the subject Refund Request. Include invoices and any stakeholder sign-off documents that help us validate the purchase path.

6. Scope

This policy applies to briefings sold directly by StackCurrent One through brain-base.one or signed statements of work. Reseller purchases follow the reseller’s policy unless our contract states otherwise.

7. Chargebacks and disputes

We encourage clients to contact us before initiating payment disputes so we can reconcile issues quickly. Chargebacks may delay resolution while banks investigate. We cooperate with good-faith documentation requests.

8. Updates

We may update this policy to reflect new regulations or product changes. Continued use after the updated date constitutes notice where permitted; material reductions to your rights will require affirmative consent where law demands.
